A cold shredded white-cabbage salad in a vinegar-and-oil dressing, served free with every pizza in Swedish pizzerias and eaten alongside or on the pizza. Effectively a compulsory component of Swedish pizza culture rather than an optional side, and unknown outside the Nordic countries.
