A specialty of Vico Equense, near Naples, where pizza is baked in long rectangular strips (traditionally up to around two metres) topped with different ingredients along their length and cut to order — invented in the 1930s by Luigi 'Gigino' Dell'Amura, and distinct from Rome's al taglio tradition in both origin and format.
